So, whenever possible, we promote from within and move our own employees up into management. We are committed to the development and growth of our managers. That is why all of our new managers participate in an extensive and comprehensive 16-week training program to prepare them for success. After the training program is completed we continue to invest in our managers through on-going development and training to advance their skills and career.
