Frederic H. Mayerson
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Fred’s restaurant experience includes the co-founding and development of Chi Chi’s Mexican Restaurants and Pinons, a fine dining establishment in Aspen, Colorado. Additionally, he has led a series of successful ventures with a primary focus on the retail sector.
Greg Carey
President and Chief Operating Officer
Greg is a former Chief Operating Officer of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, and he moved over to Pei Wei Asian Diner as a Development Partner. Prior to joining Stir Crazy, Greg served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. He is also the former Chief Operating Officer of the Rainforest Café.
Matt Wilber
Chief Financial Officer
Matt is the former Chief Financial Officer of Souper Salad where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, information technology, risk management, human resources, real estate, and legal departments. While at Souper Salad, the Company more than tripled in size and became one the largest Soup and Salad chains in America. Previously, Matt worked as a restaurant specialist for Deloitte & Touche.
Rob Flohr
Executive Vice President of Operations
Rob has been a leader on our Operations team since 1998. Prior to joining Stir Crazy, he worked in restaurant and kitchen management positions at Houlihan's and the California Pizza Kitchen. Rob is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
Jay L. Williams
Senior Vice President of Development
Jay brings over 20 years of construction experience to Stir Crazy. Jay served as Director of Construction for Outback Steakhouses, Inc and managed all development for Bonefish Grill during his time with OSI.
During his career, he has built hundreds of restaurants throughout the United States and managed all aspects of project development.
Robert Miles
Real Estate and Expansion
Heading up Real Estate and expansion is Robert Miles. Prior to joining Stir Crazy, he served as Vice President of Real Estate for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and Director of Real Estate for Bravo Development Inc, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants and J Alexander’s. He is also a partner in Restaurant Development Advisors, a national real estate consulting group based in Michigan.
Peter Nolan
Vice President of Marketing
Peter comes to Stir Crazy with over 10 years experience building world class brands. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing of Potbelly Sandwich Works, and he headed up Integrated Marketing for Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
