This September, Wisconsin will keep the summer heat going due to the piping hot food from the new Stir Crazy Fresh Asian Grill, opening September 22 at Brookfield Square mall in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This award-winning, full service casual dining restaurant – recently honored as a “Hot Retailer” by the International Council of Shopping Centers -- specializes in Asian inspired dishes and is opening its doors for the first time in the state of Wisconsin. On Monday, September 22 beginning at 11 a.m. there will be a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony with Stir Crazy employees and executives slicing the red ribbon with a cleaver, before leading guests inside for a ceremonial “first firing of the woks.” The fun continues into dinner when from 6 – 8 p.m. patrons will enjoy authentic Asian entertainment in celebration of the opening day. Stir Crazy is located at 15795 West Bluemound Road (off I-94).
Stir Crazy guests will love the new interior and exterior design of the 6,500 square foot restaurant – which has an expanded open wok kitchen, full-service bar and seating at an outdoor three season patio. In addition to bringing a great new dining option to the area, the Brookfield Stir Crazy Fresh Asian Grill will add to the economic growth of the area by creating 125 new jobs. The Brookfield location has the distinction of being Stir Crazy’s 1st Wisconsin location and its 14th restaurant nationwide, now in eight states. This is the 5th new Stir Crazy restaurant opened in less than one year under its new ownership by the Walnut Group, demonstrating the company’s re-birth and aggressive growth strategy to become a well-recognized national chain.
